It's a good start, but won't work on all cars. It seems to lump together transitional behavior and steady-state cornering, which could use somewhat different recommendations. I'll look around my bookmarks, I think I saw a chassis setup section off Milliken & Milliken posted somewhere on the web. That one is more useful even w/o reading the book.
